"Huhhhhhhhh...." Skittles said to his brother, Starburst, "How come no one ever comes around here, like, I never meet anyone new. I wish someone could come around here and we could play for a bit!"
HINT HINT: Please make some Kittypets!

Millie meandered aimlessly through the park, just killing time and hunting. Sometimes the life of a kittypet was so boring, but at least it was better than hsving to live up to everyone's expectations. She was so intent on stalking a squirrel that she didn't even see the two other kittypets. In full view, where the kittypets could see her perfectly, she smoothly pounced and caught the squirrel neatly.

"Ooh La La! That looks coooooollllllll!!!!" Starburst said with a look of dreaminess in his face, "No more catfood....."
"Oh stop thinking about food! It's always so annoying. Yes, I agree that's cool, but cool as in we could use the techniques if our Twolegs died, or you got kicked out, with me, of course, just you on purpose, me on accident. Anyway, back to my cloud watching." said Skittles, who returned peacefully back to looking at the clouds.
"Oh stop thinking about food! It's always so annoying." he said in a mocking voice, but then his voice became full of courage, "I'm gong to go ask for help to that squirrel catcher. See ya loser."

Millie twitched a ear at the two brother's conversation, but for some reason, didn't walk away. The two kittypets reminded her of her siblings, which brought along sorrow and the feeling she was missing something, and also guilt. Maybe she should let her family know she was alright, but there was always the chance of them trying to convince her to come back to ThunderClan, and she wasn't ready. She just stood there, frozen, as the kittypet approached her.

"GIMEE! GIMEE LESSONS!" Starburst said.
"Ahem!" Skittles interuppted, "What my dumb little brother meant was we saw you following a squirrel and eat it and we were wondering if you could possibly teach us how to on a free day."

Millie hesitated for a second and a odd half-smile grew on her face, clouding her eyes with hidden meaning. These, kits really, reminded her of her old apprentice. Their enthusiastic charm gave her a need to shape their eager energy into hunting and patroling. She couldn't resist it. It was how she grew up. She needed to find out their motives and how far they would go to learn these skills. "Why?" She threw out the question in a challenging tone, "I'm not saying no, I just need a reson why you want to learn. It won't be easy, and you have to commit to it."

"Well," answereed Starburst in an annoyingly high-pitched voice, "We want to never eat kittypet foo-"
"SHUT UP!" thundered an annoyed Skittles, and then said happily, "We want to learn so we can be awesome like you and what if my Twoleg died? How would I get food? This is the perfect soloution. Although, it's kind of cause' I wanna be cool like you."

Millie nodded. She thought their motives were interesting and they would be tough to train, especially the fatter, annoying one. They would do. "Okay," Millie relented in a steady voice, "Do you want to start right now?"
(Sorry, I added in the fat part, I don't know if he's fatter, I just wanted to add that.)

Skittles said"Sure, why not?!? By the way, he's the way way way way way fatter one. So what are you going to teach us first" Then Starburst jumped in and yelled excitedly while hopping up and down annoyingly. "Yeah Yeah! When, WHEN?!? What What, WHAT are you gonna teach us?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

"First," Millie snapped sharply, trying to get the kittypets in order, "When I am teaching you, you must quiet down and listen. You'll never catch anything if you're bouncing around like a demented rabbit yelling at the top of your voice." She didn't want to be mean to them, just get them in shape and listening to her. It would be a very long if difficult training if they didn't. She was intent on making this work, she really wanted it, and this would be her distraction from her guilt. She glanced around, searching for a better space to practice. She slinked through the strewn bracken and threaded her way through a thornbush, trusting the two kittypets to follow. She finally stopped in a empty clearing surrounded by oak trees, ferns, and brambles.

"Time is ticky tick ticking!" Starburst said impatiantly, making Millie lose her consentration.
"Shut up!" Skittles snapped back at Starburst. He looked around to see if he could prove his talents to Millie, but didn't find any. Starburst, on th other hand, spotted a small rabbit and started following him, actually being quiet and focuseed. When he got to the tree the rabbit was sitting by, he leaped for him. Smack! He jumped right into the middle of the tree ahead of him. A sickening crunch was heard by both Millie and Skittles. While millie helped him up, Skittles scanned the area for a squirrel, he spotted one far to the right of him. He got in th worst possible stalking position, but somehow managed to creep up on him. He made a perfect aimed tactful jump, but missed due to his position.

Millie just shook her head. This was not going to work. The fat one had already most likely knocked himself out, and the smart one had the most horrible crouch she had ever seen. Maybe they weren't worth her time.

"OK, we'll get better, we promise!" they said together. Starburst's eyes were cute and pleaful, but Skittles had a look of pure determination.

Millie melted like butter. She smiled faintly and nodded okay. "Listen and watch," she turned and dropped swiftly into a hunting crouch. "Try this," she commanded, "if it comes naturally, the rest should be easy."
